People who are trying to shed fat and lose weight need stick to water, tea and or coffee with no sugar, (use sweetener, sugar substitutes or lemon). The main reason an individual should avoid excessive liquid calories is simply because they don’t fulfill your nutritional or hunger needs adequately, (ie: high sugar content, lack of fiber content).
That's why I can't stress enough the importance of lemon water because it's fulfills both needs. Lemons contain fiber, pectin fiber which assists in fighting hunger cravings. And, they aid in digestion by loosening toxins in your digestive tract, helping relieve indigestion, heartburn, burping, and bloating.
